local police on Sunday conducted a raid on Rose Valley Group’s branch office at Hotel Kapilash Road here and seized around Rs2 lakh, computers and many documents.
A cognisable case under various sections of the IPC was registered. “Investigation is on. We will examine the documents and necessary actions will be taken accordingly,” said the Rayagada police station IIC.
When contacted, an official of the company said the finance firm was not indulged in any kind of cheating and was prepared to face any kind of investigation. He also said the company would go for a public appeal through media about their sincere functioning and commitment.
