Ganjam district Collector Prem Chandra Chaudhury was miffed with the officials on Friday as the beautification work of four roads in the city has not been started and directed to start the work soon.
The road work is to be undertaken coming under the Odisha Disaster Recovery Project (ODRP) and supported by the World Bank
Chaudhury reviewed the different projects implemented by the Brahmapur Municipal Corporation (BMC). He reviewed the beautification work of the pond near Ramalinga Tank, Rajeev Awas Yojana work in Somanth Nagar, Janibili project and proposed sports arena project in Baikuntha Nagar. BMC Commissioner Nikhil Pawan Kalyan, Deputy Commissioner Sourendra Routray and other BMC officials were present during the review.
