Complying with the order of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) the Railway Ministry has made necessary arrangements at Angul station in order to provide basic facilities to the passengers. On May 23 last year, Angul-based Human Rights Watch secretary had lodged a complaint at the NHRC highlighting lack of basic facilities at the station thereby violating human rights of passengers.
