A PlFI cadre was arrested and forwarded to court by the Bisra police on Thursday allegedly for killing a trader on May 30.
Two other miscreants, who were involved in the killing, are still absconding.
Sources said four miscreants had shot dead a trader, Bhagawan Singh, and looted him of Rs 15,000 at the Kapisinga Haat under the Bisra police limits.
On Thursday, the police arrested Manmohan Tanty (22), a resident of Jharkhand an active PlFI cadre, in this connection. Police also seized a pistol, four live bullets and a bike from him. He has confessed to the crime, police said.
According to the police, all four miscreants were PlFI cadres.
The police had earlier arrested one of the accused.
