Human Rights Protection Cell (HRPC), Odisha Additional Director General (ADG) Mahendra Pratap visited Koraput district on Thursday to review various issues and status of human right protection in the district.
The ADG was received by district SP Charan Singh Meena and other police officials at the Jeypore airstrip. later, Pratap visited various police stations of the district.
“The review is a part of the routine procedure to enhance the development mechanism in the area and also to sort-out issues pending with the human rights body and others” said the SP.
