IGR Registration Wing senior assistant Rabindra Kumar Mallick was arrested by Vigilance sleuths here for accepting bribe of Rs2,000 for processing and issue of registration certificate. Complainant Beda Prakash Mohapatra of Nuapatana village, Jagatpur had applied for registration of his firm Mile Stone Associate at Padmapur in the IGR office. Mallick, however, harassed the complainant and demanded bribe. Finally, Mohapatra complained before the Vigilance. During a trap laid on Monday, Mallick was caught red-handed. His residential quarter at New lIC Colony, Badambadi was later raided.
