Reeta Rani Barik (50), the eldest daughter of Bishnu Charan Barik and Renubala Barik of Choudwar, Cuttack has the distinction of being the first class topper in English MA of the 2011 batch of the DDCE, Utkal University.
She has also got first class in MA (Social Work). Now, she is doing PhD in English and MA in Rural Development. She is the wife of Pramod Kumar Jena of Jagannathput in Tangi, who works as a lecturer in the Jayadev College.
She is blessed with two multi-talented sons. Her knowledge and success in English and literature are the contribution of her father who is now under treatment at the Apollo Hospital, Bhubaneswar. Her ambition is to fulfil the dream of her father by dedicating herself in the fields of education and social work.
