To make people aware of first-aid treatment, the Indian Red Cross Society-Odisha State Branch organised a seminar on the occasion of World First Aid Day here on Saturday.
State Red Cross Honourary Secretary CTM Suguna presided over the seminar.
Chief guest Rajya Sabha member Dr Amar Patnaik discussed about national development being done through various programmes of the Red Cross. Dr Bikash Prasad and Dr Lokanamth Sahu highlighted about first aid treatment.
Besides, Dr Prabir Kumar Das and Dr Dillip Kumar Bhoi talked about the first aid treatment in cases of Covid infection.Programme coordinator Gulsan Kumar Dash presented a primary reports.
Youth Red Cross officer Dr Ajay Kumar Tripathy proposed a vote of thanks. Sanjukta Priyadarshini coordinated the entire programme.
