With an aim to make people aware about various recent financial inclusions and their benefits, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on Tuesday, on the occasion of its 80th Foundation Day, opened an exclusive exhibition titled, 'RBI @ 80: Beyond Central Banking' here .
The exhibition will continue till April. Chief Secretary GC Pati, RBI Regional Director Pradipta Kumar Jena, Development Commissioner UN Behera, NABARD CGM Satish SK Kale and SBI CGM Krushna Mohan Trivedi attended the inaugural ceremony.
It is pertinent to mention here that the RBI has been continuously educating the general public about various financial subjects through regular communications. One can also exchange old currency notes and coins and can avail much important information related to insurance at the exhibition.
