The Ravenshaw University authorities have decided to lift the sine die imposed at the university on October 14 over post-poll violence with immediate effect from October 28, said a communiqué issued by the university on Monday.
All the hostels of the university would also reopen on the same day at 9 am. Students would enter into the campus showing their identity cards near the main gate of the university. Similarly, the boarders would enter into their respective hostels showing their ID cards near the hostels’ entries. No one would be allowed for entry without ID cards.
Notably, the university had been closed sine die following clashes between rival groups over the Students’ Union election results.
