Rajesh Kumar took over as Regional Executive Director of NTPC, Eastern Region-II here on Monday from Arvind Kumar, who has been transferred to the NTPC’s Corporate Office as Executive Director (Business Development).
Prior to this, Rajesh Kumar was the Executive Director of the NTPC’s largest power station, Vindhyachal Super Thermal Power Station (4,760 MW), Madhya Pradesh. An Electrical Engineering Graduate from the Visveswaraya Regional Engineering College, Nagpur, he had joined the NTPC in 1979.
Kumar is a veteran power professional and brings with him rich national and international exposure in the power sector.
