Light to moderate rain or thundershower is likely to occur in the State during next three days, the Regional Office of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) here forecasted on Wednesday.
On Thursday, light to moderate rain\thundershower is likely in the districts of Mayurbhanj, Baleswar and Bhadrak and light rain or thundershower in the districts of Keonjhar, Sundargarh, Dhenkanal, Jajpur, Kendrapada, Cuttack and Jagatsinghpur. Dry weather is very likely to prevail over the rest districts, the IMD said.
Issuing a Yellow warning, the weather office said dense fog is very likely to occur in the districts of Kandhamal, Kalahandi, Koraput, Nabarangpur, Sundargarh, Keonjhar and Jharsuguda.
The highest maximum temperature of 31.8 degree Celsius was recorded at Paralakhemundi and the lowest minimum temperature of 8.5 degree at Sundargarh.
