Railways entered the final of the E league Cricket, defeating Odisha Greens by six wickets in the semifinal here at IMMT Ground on Saturday.
Winning the toss Greens elected to bat first, scored 88 with Abhay Mallick 37. Ankit Yadav and lagnajit Samal of Railways were caused maximum damage picking three wickets each.
In reply, lagnajit Samal smashed an unbeaten 42 runs and guided the team to reach the winning target in 21 overs by losing four wickets. lagnajit bagged the man of the match award.
