Puspendra had recommended Motilal's labour Dept posting

Startling revelations on the alleged intimacy between Ministers, other BJD leaders and disgraced Factory and Boiler Assistant Director (Medical) Motilal Gouda are coming to the fore each passing day with a fresh report saying that Housing and Urban Development Minister Puspendra Singh Deo had recommended Gouda’s name for the Assistant Director post in the labour Department.

Sources said Singh Deo during his tenure as the labour Minister, on August 12, 2012, had recommended Gouda’s name for the Assistant Director post in his department and suggested the Government to bring him on deputation.

The sources added that the Minister even overlooked the recommendations of his then department Secretary and the Chief Secretary who had suggested the name of one JK Pati.  Now questions arises whether the Minister did this under the direct influence of now-suspended Gouda or on the suggestions of the then Government Deputy Chief Whip and current law and Panchayati Raj Minister Arun Sahu and MlAs Pranab Balabantaray, Byomokesh Ray and Anubhav Mohanty who are said to be close to Gouda.
