Police arrested and court-forwarded 15 more people on Monday in connection with the mob violence during the Puri Bandh on October 3.
While the Town police arrested eight persons, the Singhadwar police nabbed seven, including a servitor, from different places. Servitor Nilakantha Dash of Bimanbadu Sahi was arrested from near the Shreemandir.
All of them were allegedly involved in damaging public properties and throwing stones at different Government offices during the bandh, said police.
Earlier on Saturday, police had arrested 18 people. With this, the number of arrested persons reached 57, sources informed.
