The Odisha Kranti Manch on the concluding day of its conference on Sunday prepared a 11-point charter and resolved to act upon them, including efforts to bring change in the social structure of society, financial allowances to the jobless persons, propagation of mother tongue and according importance to farmers.
A 23-member executive council elected Prafulla Chandra Mishra as the president, DK Mahapatra as secretary and Pramod Kumar Dash as treasurer, while Somnath Patra, Sairindri Sahoo and Pradipta Mohanty as advisers.
