To provide better facility to passengers, the East Coast Railway has decided to run the Puri-Howrah-Puri Shatabdi Express with linke Hofmann Busch (lHB) coaches instead of conventional coaches with effect from December 25.
The lHB coaches are more spacious, safer and comfortable having augmented passenger amenities and wider windows, an official release said. This train has 10 AC chair cars, an Executive Class chair car and two guard-cum-generator vans in its composition.
