The BJP on Monday demanded that the arrested Golden Baba’s links with political leaders, including MLAs and Ministers be investigated.
“The police and the Crime Branch are not conducting any investigation into Golden Baba’s political links. A conspiracy has been hatched to cover up BJD leaders who have links with the Baba, who was arrested on charges of fraud and criminal offences,” alleged BJP vice-president Sameer Mohanty at a Press meet here.
Party spokesperson Dillip Mohanty said joint photos of the Golden Baba and BJD leaders, Ministers and the city Mayor have been posted in different social media. The police should conduct investigations on the basis of those photos, he demanded.
