The BJD held a meeting over strategy to fight the coming Panchayat election in Pallahara Block under the chairmanship of Block president Gangadhar Jitat. State BJD secretary Kuna Bihari Das joined as chief guest, while among others Pallahara MLA Mukesh Pal, District BJD president Mahendra Bastia, chairperson of Pallahara Block Naba Naik, Laniha Block president Kailash Chandra Sahu and Narendra Bhukta gave their valuable suggestions regarding strengthening the BJD organisation in Pallahara constituency. All the welfare programmes lunched by the State Government should reach to every corner by the workers, opined Pal and Bastia. General secretary Das stressed on strengthening the BJD organisation. On the occasion, over 100 BJP and Congress workers joined the BJD. Party's GP members and presidents of No. 22 and No. 23 ZP zones were present.
