Hearing on a bail application of Banki MlA Pravat Kumar Tripathy remained inconclusive in the State High Court on Friday and Justice Shatrughna Pujahari posted the matter to be heard again on February 20 next. Arrested by the CBI on October 31 last year for his alleged links with chit fund company Artha Tatwa and its CMD Pradeep Sethy, the senior BJD leader is now cooling heels in jail for over 100 days now.
