Tokyo Paralympics Gold medal winner Pramod Bhagat arrived at his hometown Atabira under Bargarh district on Tuesday.He was accorded a warm welcome at Godbhaga camp by various organisations.From there, he was brought in a grand procession through Atabira town. Thousands of people joined.
