Ahead of the visit of Union Home Minister Amit Shah to Odisha on August 8, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan visited the Netaji Museum and the Indoor Stadium in Cuttack on Sunday.
He reviewed the preparations for Shah’s visit separately with the party workers from Cuttack and Bhubaneswar.
“While the country is celebrating the 75th year of Independence by observing Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, Droupadi Murmu, an Odia has become the President. At the same time, The Prajatantra established by freedom fighter Harekrushna Mahtab will celebrate its 75th years of existence. In this backdrop, Shah’s visit to Odisha assumes a lot of importance,” said Pradhan.
