The Paradip Port Trust (PPT) has once again received the Rajbhasa Samman for successful use of Hindi as official language in its offices.
PPT Hindi Officer NK Pattanaik received the award in the presence of MP Prasanna Patsani and KIIT founder Achyuta Samanta at the valedictory function of the three-day Rajbhasa Sammellan organised on behalf of the Viswamukti at Puri from November 14 to 16.
The speakers appreciated efforts of the PPT chief SS Mishra for use of Hindi as official language in the PPT offices.
Similarly, they said Mishra’s valued guidance has also resulted in smooth traffic handling.
Earlier, Paradip Port Trust had also been awarded with Rajbhasa awards several times by the Ministry of Shipping, Ministry of Home Affairs and other institutions several times for the work they are doing to promote use of Hindi.
