Some social activists of Mangalpur gram panchayat of Derabish block played role of Good Samaritan by lending their supporting hand to nearly 10 poverty-stricken students of their locality to go for higher studies.
If sources are to believed, some local youths led by Biswajit Nayak and Dharmendra Singh came to know that a few poverty stricken family members of their gram panchayat were struggling to collect money for giving their wards admission in colleges in the ongoing global pandemic crisis of Covid 19.
Soon, they decided to help the meritorious students by providing financial assistance to them.
