The Commissionerate Police on Saturday handed over another list of properties worth Rs 60 crore of the Artha Tatwa (AT) Group to the Finance Department as part of the process for their confiscation.
Commissioner of Police Dr RP Sharma said the property details included four acres of land and some flats belonging to the ponzi company.This was the third list of assets belonging to the AT Group that the police submitted to the Finance Department for confiscation. The first list, submitted on January 28 this year, contained an account of properties worth Rs 150 crore.
The second list of May 9 had given details of assets worth Rs 200 crore.With the submission of the third list, the total value of properties sought to be confiscated stands at Rs 410 crore.
