Director General of Police (DGP) Prakash Mishra on Saturday launched an e-Grievance service at the State police headquarters here.
The facility will be available in the website of the Odisha police,www.odishapolice.gov.in. Under the e-Grievance system, common people can lodge their complaints directly with the DGP without any hesitation. This service will operate under the Grievance Redress Portal of the State Government.
Special DGP Sanjib Marik, ADG (Intelligence) Sunil Roy, Gopabandhu Mallick, M Akshaya, Bidyananda Jha and Debasish Panigrahi many others were present during the launching.
