The Plus II students of the 2012-13 academic year would appear at their final examinations on March 3, 2014, said a notification of the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE).
CHSE officials said the examinations would be conducted before the general election. Though several reforms have been made in the examination system, no decision has been taken to change the examination date which normally falls on the first Monday of March. Filling up of forms for the examinations would commence from November 28 and end on December 3. Even students can also fill up forms later by paying required fines. Students would be required to fill up forms for the examinations online, said the notification. To conduct the online processes, CHSE employees would be trained at the Odisha Computer Applications Centre (OCAC) for the purpose. Each college would be assigned a code number for this, the sources said.
