Indian Ex-Services league, Odisha general secretary Bidydhar Nayak has demanded reservation facility under ex-Servicemen category for various undergraduate courses at the Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT). In a letter to Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, he said, “For various undergraduate courses, the State Government is providing reservation for the wards of ex-Servicemen.
Unfortunately, there is no reservation facility extended to them by the Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology.”He urged the Chief Minister to take initiative in this regard so that the wards of ex-Servicemen avail the facility from this academic session.
