The Plast Future East-2014, an international-level exhibition-cum-conference on plastics and polymers which was being organised here, concluded on Sunday.
The North Odisha Chamber of Commerce (NOCCi) in association with the Team Odisha of the State Government organised the three-day-long event at the Balasore International Expo Centre inside the NOCCi Business Park.Assistant Director of Indian Institute of Packaging, Kolkata Natarajan and CIPET, Bhubaneswar’s Dr PSG Krishnan made presentations on plastic related subjects.
Among others, MSME Development Institute, Cuttack Director PK Gupta, Odisha Industry Federation chairman Dr Sarat Sahoo, CIPET APPTC Project Manager Sanjay Choudhury, Balasore Alloys’ senior manager Dr Rajiv Mohapatra, NOCCi convenor Amit Behera, president Devashish Mahanti, secretary CP Bhartia and event manager Harish Patel were present. A large number of raw material suppliers, machine manufacturers and technology providers from West Bengal, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, New Delhi, Maharastra, Andhra Pradesh and Odisha put up stalls at the exhibition.
