The Minister said a model plan for establishment of model bus stands has been prepared by the Urban Development. As per a meeting held under chairmanship of the Additional Chief Secretary, urban bodies would construct new bus-stands and hold responsibilities of their maintenance, excepting in Cuttack, Bhubaneswar and Puri. He further informed that the Government has provided a total of `51 lakh to the Nilgiri NAC under the Devolution of Fund Scheme on the recommendation of Forth State Finance Commission.
