Shiba Prasad Panda, a social worker from Badamba, has lodged a complaint against former Minister and MLA of Badamba-Narsinghpur Debi Prasad Mishra alleging that he had violated Covid-19 guidelines while inaugurating the Dianjhar Prakruti Bhawan near the Deojhar waterfall and avenue plantation programme in Olab grampanchayat under Narsinghpur block on Friday.
Complainant Panda alleged that MLA Mishra was accompanied by hundreds of supporters, most of whom didn't wear masks and follow social distancing at the event.
