The spat between Tehsildar Babita Dalabehera and lawyer Rajendra Kumar Panda here is getting shriller by the day.
A numbers of lawyers have lodged an FIR against Dalabehera at the local police station following a decision taken at an emergency meeting of the lawyers here on Sunday, said District Bar Association president Siddheswar Mishra and secretary M Prithviraj.
Besides, the ongoing cease-work agitation since last two days would continue until action against Dalabehera is not taken, informed the association leaders. On the other hand, Dalabehera has also filled a case against Panda with case no 133/13 under Sections 194, 448, 353 and 354 of IPC code on Saturday, it is known from the police station.
