The Pipili gang-rape and murder victim Bebina’s father, Babuli Behera, appeared before the Justice PK Mohanty Commission of Inquiry on Saturday.
At the 50th sitting of the commission, examination-in-chief of Babuli Behera was conducted in which the commission examined him to confirm the statements made by the witness in his statement of affidavit.
The cross-examination of Babuli Behera would be held on Sunday, sources said.
