A Pension Adalat for the year 2019 will be held in the Chief Postmaster General, Odisha Circle office here on August 23 (Friday) at 10.30 am. Such Adalats will also be held on the same day at Divisional-level in all the divisions of Odisha Circle.
Members of the public should first present their grievances before the Divisional level Pension Adalat. If, they fail to get any satisfactory solution there, they can present their grievances before the Circle level Pension Adalat addressed to Assistant Director (Accounts) AK Rath, office of the Chief Postmaster General, Odisha Circle, Bhubaneswar-751001 on or before August 14.
It is clarified that grievances related to Postal Services e.g. opening of post office, creation of new post, rent of the post office or house rent etc. are not included in the ambit of the Pension Adalat.
So it is advised not to send any grievances relating to the above topics. Grievances received after August 14 will not be taken into consideration for discussion in the Adalat to be held on August 23.
