All India Congress Seva Dal Committee chief lalaji Desai has constituted the Odisha Pradesh Congress Seva Dal Committee headed by Biren Mohan Pattanaik.
Usharani Behera has been nominated as the chief of Odisha Mahila Seva Dal and Ram Prasad Jaiswal has been given charge of chief instructor, Ratnakar Behera as treasurer, Jyotis Sahoo as office in-charge, Prafulla Padhi and Ajaya Mohanty, Minaketan Bodi, Jhulendra Barik, Ranjan Kumar Dhir and Bhogram Mallick as State coordinators, said Pattnaik.
