Everybody is same in the eyes of law. The BJD and the Congress have joined hands to deny justice to family of minor girl Pari of Nayagarh district, who was abducted and murdered, said the BJP on Wednesday.
Besides, both the parties are shielding the accused and Minister Arun Sahoo, who provided protection to the perpetrator of the heinous crime, said State BJP president Samir Mohanty at a Press conference here.The parents of the victims have alleged that their daughter kidney and other body parts were stolen.
The Naygarh police which was investigating into the incident for over four months, did not question the main accused Babuli Nayak and the Minister, Mohanty questioned.He alleged that there is involvement of a human organ trade racket in the kidnapping and brutal murder of the girl. Suspecting a big racket behind this barbaric crime, the party has demanded handing over the case to CBI for a fair investigation.
He also demanded CM to sack Sahoo from the Cabinet. He warned that if the Government does not budge, the BJP would be forced to hit the streets.
