The Paradip police on Monday morning recovered a body, which was hanging from a tree near the sea beach here.
The deceased was identified as Onka Raju (52), a fisherman and son of Appana Raju of the Sandhaduda slum area.
While the police suspect that Onka might have committed suicide due to family disturbance, the body’s hanging position fuels some doubt among locals.
The police have started investigation from different angles.
