The Paradip Beach Festival as inaugurated at the sea beach here on Saturday evening by Justice B Tappan. Former Paradip Municipality Chairman Kishor Kumar Parida and Guruprasad Samarendra Tripathy were the other guests. The festival, which has over one hundred stalls and a Food Bazar, will continue till February 20. After the Kalinga Baliyatra, the Beach Festival is another major event in the port town that attracts people in good number to the beach. The Beach Festival is coordinated by Aditya Ranjan Routray and journalist Bibekananda Rout.
