The roaring of a tiger in a dense jungle of Kandarpur area has spread panic among the people.
According to the Kandarpur villagers, who had gone inside the jungle for collecting firewood, they heard the roar of a tiger for three to four times on Sunday afternoon.A few suspected that it might be the roar of that tiger, which had escaped from the enclosure of the Nandankanan zoo a few days back.
However, no forest official had reached the spot to take stock of the situation.
