While mining operations have suffered serious setback, revenue generation has remained another challenge during his tenure.
Mineral-based industries are also crying hoarse with hardly any raw materials available for their consumption.
Padhi has formulated the highest numbers of policy framework to help the investors and to generate confidence among them, said a senior officer. Pursuing the agenda of Ease of Doing Business and providing impetus to the MSME sector for generation of more employment is receiving his attention.
