Raids were carried out by Vigilance officials on Wednesday on various paddy procurement centres run by cooperative societies.
The raids were carried out simultaneously at seven centres of Baleswar, Bhadrak, Mayu-rbhanj and Keonjhar districts.
The centres which came under raid included those at Bhograi, Remuna, Anantapur (Soro), Khaira of Baleswar, Tihidi of Bhadrak, Basipitha of Mayurbhanj and Ghasipura in Keonjhar district, informed Superintendent of Police DN Gohhayat here.
