Scores of old BJD workers of Pallahara Block held a meeting at Jamardihi village under the leadership of working president of their union Jogesh Bhukta.
After the Assembly election, the elected BJD MLAs have totally avoided the old BJD organisation workers in Pallahara block, alleged Lalitmohan Pradhan, Bangali Behera and Prasanna Sahoo in the meeting.
Abanikanta Sahoo, who is Pallahara constituency nominee of Dhenkanal BJD MP Mahesh Sahoo, was present. He called for strengthening the BJD unit in Pallahara block by cooperation of all.
The workers from 27 gram panchayat complained about the nonÂcooperation of Pallahara MLA with them. MP nominee Sahoo, however, promised that all sorts of assistance would be provided for strengthening the BJD Âorganisation in Pallahara.
