The Odisha State Road Transport Corporation (OSRTC) has started a new service Bus Ticketing on Mobile Phones.
The service will be made available in the Android Operating System for the time being. The iOS version will be introduced as soon as authorisation from the Apple is received.
Booking of bus tickets through internet and mobile phones would benefit thousands of commuters in the State who can reserve their seats in any OSRTC bus using debit card, credit card, internet banking and other internet payment modes like the PayTM, said an OSRTC official on Saturday.
