The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended repatriation of Orissa High Court judge Justice Chitta Ranjan Dash to the Calcutta High Court.
Justice Subhasis Talapatra, a judge of the Tripura High Court, has been transferred to the Orissa HC.
Besides, the apex court’s collegium has recommended repatriation of four other judges.
Andhra Pradesh HC’s Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah has been transferred to the Patna HC while Manipur HC’s Justice Lanusungkum Jamir has been repatriated to the Gauhati HC.
Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur, a judge of the Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, has been transferred to the Bombay HC. Madhya Pradesh HC’s Justice Purushaindra Kaurav will assume the charge of a Delhi HC judge.
