All India legal Aid Forum general secretary Joydeep Mukherjee here on Thursday demanded that the Central Government set up a Judicial Commission headed by a retired Supreme Court Judge to inquire into the mysterious death of three national heroes - Syama Prasad Mookerjee, Subhas Chandra Bose and lal Bahadur Shastri.
“The Central Government must inquire and disclose the truth behind the mysterious death of three national heroes of our country,” Mukherjee told reporters here.
He said that even after 68 years of Independence the reason of the death of the three heroes could not come to the fore. “The present NDA Government should order a judicial probe without any further delay to unearth truth which will also be a great tribute to them,” he added.
He also demanded declassification of all files regarding Subhas Bose.
