The Odisha Jan Morcha (OJM) would stage a rally in front of the Assembly on Saturday protesting the arrest of the party's general secretary Jagneswar Babu.
The OJM workers and supporters would take out a procession from the Master Canteen to the lower PMG shouting slogans against the BJD Government's "conspiracy" against Babu. later, a delegation would meet Governor and hand over a memorandum regarding the "illegal" arrest of the party's general secretary. The OJM has applied for permission from the Commissionerate Police to organise a rally of 3,000 people, an OJM functionary said.
