“Those who are responsible for the delay in the holy ritual will be punished in accordance with the law. Unfortunately, the Chief Minister is yet to utter any word over the issue and yet to act against the guilty even after 11 days of the fateful incident,” said OJM vice president and chief spokesperson Bibhuti Bhusan Mishra in a Press release.
