The Odisha Hydro Power Corporation (OHPC) on Friday signed an MoU for the FY 2015-16 with the Department of Energy. OHPC Director (Operation) Aswini Kumar Mishra signed the agreement with State Energy Secretary Suresh Chandra Mahapatra.
The MoU specifies different targets like annual generation, machine availability, RM&U of old power stations, gross profit and net profit, etc., to be achieved by the corporation during the 2015-16 which shall be monitored and reviewed on quarterly/ half yearly basis by the Energy and PE Departments jointly. Other technical, human resource criteria have also been fixed in the MoU.
