Even as a second edition of the Odisha Vikash Conclave (OVC) is scheduled to be held from August 24 to 26, the organisers have no answer what sort of its recommendations have been implemented by the State Government as has been claimed.
This was revealed at a Press conference here on Tuesday.
The organisers, however, said the concave would create a meaningful collaboration and synergy among the civil society, the Government, corporate houses, Panchyati Raj Institutions and academics.

On a question of source of funding, the organisers said individual organisations, funding agencies and public sector undertakings are supporting the events. Those who addressed the Press Conference included Jagadananda, founder of CYSD, Manas of Vasubdhara, Bharati Chakra of HelpAge India, Sandeep Pattanaik of NCAS, Bikash Pati of WaterAID and Ghasiram Panda of ActionAid.
