The Pharmaceutical Institute of India (PII) organised the 4th Odisha distributors’ convention in Dubai from May 10 to 15 in which nine major pharma distributors participated.
The PII Pvt ltd provides a complete range of products like IV fluids, injectables, syrups, capsules, ORS powders and glucose powders. The company provides WHO and Unicef-recommended ORS/electoral powder to industries and plants for workers in the State where high temperature and humidity lingers during the summer.
At the outset, Ashish Kyal on behalf of PII chairman Raj Kishore Kyal and MD Vijay Kyal which said thousands of sachets of ORS/electrolyte powders have been distributed free of cost to traffic police in the twin city of Cuttack and Bhubaneswar.
Odisha distributors like Maa Pharma, Maa Santoshi Pharma, Sai Ram Pharma, Somanath Pharma of Berhampur, AD Pharma of Bhubaneswar and Shiv Surgical of Bhadrak participated in the convention.
